Hybrid Work Policy
The advantages and disadvantages of remote work for both employees and the business are familiar to many. Not having a commute, saving money on gas, vehicle maintenance and parking, and enjoying flexible hours are only a few benefits.
The purpose of this Hybrid Work Policy from TechRepublic Premium is to establish guidelines for employees who want to participate in the organization’s hybrid work program. This policy can be customized as needed to fit the needs of your organization.
From the policy:
ELIGIBILITY
Jobs requiring hands-on physical presence will not be eligible for hybrid work unless, at the manager’s discretion, it is determined that the employee can perform administrative or clerical tasks (such as email or supply orders) via remote work and be present in the office for the hands-on work. In such scenarios it will be up to the employee to manage their schedule and respective duties.
